Regional Seminar in Uralsk

Today in Uralsk, at the regional meeting with the Heads of Educational Organizations of the West Kazakhstan Region, we discussed issues related to the accreditation of preschool organizations and schools.

The event was organized at the newly opened, comfortable School No. 52 with the support of the Head of the West Kazakhstan Region Department of Education, Yeldos Nabiollauly Safullin.

We express our sincere gratitude to our colleague, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Svetlana Mendygalievna Bakhisheva, to the teaching staff of the region, and to the leadership of the Department of Education for the invitation, warm welcome, and the platform provided for professional dialogue.

We would especially like to highlight the interest of public schools in undergoing accreditation and the willingness of the West Kazakhstan Region’s education authorities to support such initiatives.

We hope that the general and preschool education systems will actively implement this important tool for enhancing the quality of education and strengthening public trust in educational institutions.

Regional Seminar in Akmola Region

The accreditation agency "MANAoCO" held a meeting-seminar with school principals and heads of preschool organizations from the Akmola region. The event took place in the picturesque city of Shchuchinsk, bringing together the region’s educational leaders.

The seminar presented the legal aspects of institutional accreditation for preschool and secondary education organizations, the accreditation standards, and their justification within the context of regulatory legal acts governing preschool and secondary education.

At the practical workshop, participants shared their experiences related to various aspects of accreditation standards and reflected, from the perspective of education organization leaders, on the feasibility of transitioning to the accreditation tool.

Unconference “PedTalk Without the Bell”: A Meeting of Teachers and Experts in Shchuchinsk

On August 8, MANAoKO Director Gulnara Kusidenova took part in the national Unconference “PedTalk Without the Bell”, held in the city of Shchuchinsk at School-Lyceum No. 7.

Organized by the Ustaz Alliance, the Unconference became a unique platform for open and informal dialogue between educators and experts in the field of education..

Instead of traditional presentations, the event featured lively discussions, master classes, brainstorming sessions, and personal stories that inspire and engage. The live communication format became a vivid example of how horizontal professional connections help build a community of active and mindful educators.

As a result of the work, casebooks were created — a living collection of real teaching practices born at the Alliance’s events and in teachers’ everyday work.

Participants expressed hope that the “PedTalk Without the Bell” format will become a good tradition and contribute to real changes in the country’s education system.

Republican August Conference of Education Workers: “The Future of Education: A Moral Citizen, a Professional Specialist”

In recent years, it has become a good tradition for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev, to participate in the Republican August Conference of Education Workers. This year was no exception. Opening the event, the Head of State once again emphasized that education is the foundation of the country’s prosperity, a guarantee of its security, the basis for the development of human capital, and the key mission of the teaching community in raising and educating the younger generation. The President also addressed the challenges facing the nation’s education system.

The purpose of the conference is to determine the present and future of an education system capable of shaping individuals with high moral values, professional competence, and social responsibility—aligned with the demands of the time.

The forum’s program features a large-scale exhibition dedicated to the integration of artificial intelligence and digital technologies into the educational process. Participants are introduced to modern digital tools, interactive platforms, methodological developments, and innovative technologies that open new horizons for flexible and effective learning.

The conference includes 25 panel sessions with the participation of more than 3,000 representatives from the education sector across all regions of Kazakhstan. The hall is filled with an atmosphere of inspiration and idea-sharing, as leading educators, administrators, and experts discuss the priorities of the upcoming academic year.

For participants, it is also an opportunity for personal communication and constructive dialogue. During the conference, important issues in the development of education were discussed with Vice Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mayra Turganbaevna Meldebekova, and President of “Astana” International University, Serik Aztaevich Irsaliyev.
