Brief Description
This document establishes the procedures for the formation and operation of the MANAoCO Complaints and Appeals Committee, as well as the procedures for reviewing complaints and appeals related to the accreditation process. The Regulations ensure the implementation of the principles of objectivity, independence, transparency, fairness, and the protection of the rights of all participants in the accreditation process.
