Accreditation
The accreditation procedure for educational organizations includes several key stages that ensure an objective and comprehensive assessment of the quality of educational activities.
Below is the general structure of accreditation, which can be adapted for different types of educational organizations, including preschool institutions, schools, and organizations for additional education.

ACCREDITATION STANDARTS
"Quality and trust in every accreditation."
Initial accreditation
Preparatory stage
  • Accreditation request: The educational organization submits an application to the accreditation agency requesting the accreditation process to be conducted.
  • Preliminary consultation: The accreditation agency provides guidance on the criteria and standards that will be used during the accreditation process.
  • Self-assessment: The educational organization conducts an internal analysis of its activities in accordance with accreditation standards. The results of the self-assessment are documented in the form of a report.
Main stage
  • Document submission: The organization submits the self-assessment report and other necessary documents to the accreditation agency, confirming compliance with the standards.
  • Expert evaluation: An independent expert commission, appointed by the accreditation agency, reviews the submitted documents and conducts an on-site assessment (if required).
  • On-site visit: The expert commission visits the educational organization to check the actual state of affairs. During the visit, interviews are conducted with staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders, and the infrastructure and educational process are analyzed.
  • Preparation of the conclusion: Based on the visit and document analysis, the commission prepares a report with recommendations.
Final stage
  • Decision making: The accreditation agency reviews the commission's report and makes a decision regarding the granting of accreditation, refusal, or granting accreditation with conditions.
  • Issuance of certificate: In case of a positive decision, the educational organization receives an accreditation certificate, which is valid for a specific period (usually from 3 to 5 years).
  • Monitoring and reporting: During the accreditation period, the organization is required to regularly report to the accreditation agency on compliance with standards. Interim checks may also be conducted.

All stages of reaccreditation are coordinated with the educational organization.
